You can set a time limit for how long you can bet. You choose how many hours, from 1 to 23, you want to limit your betting each time you log in. This counts even if you’re not actively betting, and it stops when you log out.

Choosing to Take a Break (Self-Exclusion)

Self-exclusion lets you take a break from betting for a set time – like one year, five years, or even a lifetime. Once you choose this, you can’t change it, and if you try to bet during this time, you can’t, or you might lose any winnings.

Checking Your Betting Activity

There’s a tool called a player activity statement that shows how you’ve been using your money. To find it, go to the settings in your BetMGM NC account and look for the “Win/Loss Statement”. You can pick the year and download the statement as a PDF to see your activity.
